Jebediah Burnwood has died¸ and his inheritors have been gathered at his family home in Massachusetts for a reading of the will. The will is odd: whomever spends the night in his home inherits everything.

While it seems like an easy proposition¸ the thing that killed Jebediah Burnwood is still in his home. It is evil¸ it is hungry¸ and it is on the hunt.

"A Night At Burnwood Manor" is a system-agnostic horror roleplaying scenario. You can use it as a standalone adventure¸ incorporate it into an ongoing campaign¸ or use it as a starting point for a new one.

It is presented in a zine format¸ designed to be printed out on one double-sided sheet of paper. It also comes in a format optimized for reading on screens.
