A Mayor's Plea

A young black dragon has claimed the former stronghold of a cruel noble as its lair. Its vile¸ bitter presence alarms the citizens of a neighboring town. Lizardfolk¸ in service to their dark¸ draconic master¸ raid the settlement for treasure and sacrifices with frightening frequency. The mayor has sent a plea to neighboring regions for assistance in ridding their homeland of this nefarious creature.
