"Players are superheroes and heroines who are faced with a curious case. After one of his crime-fighting actions a villain called the Super Vampire attacks one of the heroes. He can by touch temporarily steal the players' powers¸ becoming able to use them for 1d12 minutes in next 1d12 days and making them unable to use their own powers for 1d4 minutes. His plan was to attack one of the players he knows to be a super¸ but he ends up choosing the wrong moment and the group is assembled¸ making his task that much more difficult."
