Founded by the survivors of early¸ unethical experiments that unlocked psychic abilities¸ the Phoebe Trust protects and helps those subjected to such practices. Sometimes the Trust rescues these so-called psions from imprisonment in black-site labs¸ other times it helps them reassemble their lives after the failure or dissolution of corporate experiments; no matter the background¸ the Trust offers them safety and companionship alongside fellow psions.
This new Allegiance is an alternate take on psions¸ presenting a new¸ parallel dimension of the Trinity Continuum.
