Transient Souls is a Push-Powered rpg that is built to provide an engaging narrative game with lightweight¸ fiction-first gameplay. Characters will find themselves traveling through surrealist landscapes ¸ delving into dangerous locales for hidden knowledge ¸ and experiencing their deathless world . Characters will be blessed by the fates in their quest¸ gaining fate bending abilities over time.
Ways to Play
Co-Op: All players cooperate on a even playing field to tell the story and complete the challenges.
Traditional: A gamemaster acts as a mediator for the rules and the game world while others take on the role of characters.
Solo: A single player takes on the endeavor of locating death alone¸ allowing the dice to decide their fate.

The Mechanics
A simple roll decides actions within Push-Powered games like Transient Souls. Whenever a character attempts something dramatically interesting ¸ roll 1d6 and compare:
A 7 or higher is a Miss ¸ something goes wrong
A 5 or 6 is a Strong Hit . the character succeeds
A 4 or lower is a Weak Hit . Players can choose to roll and add another 1d6 to their total¸ and compare again.
With this simple¸ push your luck mechanic¸ complex actions and stories can be told.
Character creation is as simple as a few choices or rolls and all the materials required to play can be collapsed onto 4 pages plus the character sheet. Arc Pages¸ 3 of these reference sheets¸ are home to quick rules references and the narrative prompts for each stage of play. The 4th page is the character reference sheet¸ containing character creation rules.
