APEXTHORN



ApexTHORN is the second of three volumes in the THORN fantasy role-playing game. Collectively¸ these texts guide characters from inception to immortality. "Apex¸” as campaigners call it¸ covers legendary status gaming-that lofty portion of adventurers' careers where they construct fortresses¸ run guilds¸ field armies¸ and safeguard kingdoms. Characters at this level occupy their days formulating new incantations¸ crafting powerful artifacts¸ and delving into ancient lore. They also face off against the most dreadful foes¸ contesting evil both on THORN and the planes of existence around it. Victory in these struggles draws the attention of the gods as well as the darker powers¸ and characters will find little rest as they answer the call to glory.
