SURVIVE THE NIGHT The floorboards creak. Something goes bump behind the closet door. Dark things are brewing¸ and it will be all you can do to Survive the Night. Survive the Night is a one-shot horror RPG that throws you up against the stuff of nightmare with nothing but your wits and whatever eclectic advantages your character may possess. Aqualung ¸ a 14 page scenario that allows the players to navigate the dank maze of a suffocating underground complex. Friendly to beginning Narrators and players alike¸ this 90-minute playthrough is a perfect starting point for players new to the game. Unholy Trinity ¸ an 18 page scenario with three classic horror antagonists who are unlocked based on decisions made by the players. Excellent for groups that want replayability¸ but still prefer a short runtime for their one-shot sessions (2 hour estimated play time). The Dreamer ¸ our original scenario and the first to ever be playtested¸ it is still a favorite of the play testing team despite Survive the Night's growing library. This 22 page entry chills with its Lovecraftian tone¸ and clocks in at a respectable 4-6 hour run time. Carnage at Camp Ojibwe is the second long-form scenario available in the book¸ at 18 pages and with a 4-6 hour run time. As the night deepens in the camp¸ the characters must venture through deadly woods to reach the parking lot¸ and escape with their lives.
