This is a collection of three different assault scout models AssaultScoutMini-fn30.stl - This is a recreation of the the original UPF Assault Scout miniature produced back in the 80's for the Star Frontiers RPG. It was produced at the same scale as the original minature and stands 20mm (0.8") tall when printed. It was originally designed for FDM printing and so has a low poly count. Tested on both FDM and SLA printers. I recommend using this one for milita forces and if you have an FDM printer¸ the UPF forces as well. PirateAssaultScout-fn50.stl - This is a recreation of the the original UPF Assault Scout miniature produced back in the 80's for the Star Frontiers RPG. It was produced at the same scale as the original minature and stands 25mm (1") tall when printed. It was originally designed for FDM printing and so has a lower poly count. Tested on both FDM and SLA printers. SwiftAssaultScout-fn100.stl - This is an Assault Scout model based on the deck plans presented in my UPF Assault Scout Technical Manual and is the same model that is part of that download¸ just with a different file name. The model itself is 1/500th scale and is 103mm (4") tall. This model can be printed as small as 50mm (2") tall on an FDM printer and as small as 25mm (1") tall on an SLA printer and still see the surface details. I've also printed it as large as 12.6" (10mm scale) on my FDM printer. Here's an image of all three models printed with an SLA printer.
