During this time of harvest¸ the fields are burgeoning and plentiful when you arrive in the broken little town as evening creeps across the horizon. The pale white fingers of moonlight are slowly inching across the the plains¸ ever reaching out with their cold touch. The wind lashes at the trees and tall grasses with a small force tossing your garments akimbo as you venture into the warm light of the tavern doors. The journey was not an easy one and your need for an herbalist is dire. Perhaps someone in this forsaken place will direct you to their abode.

This one-page adventure is written for a group of three to five NOVICE players who are level 1 to 2. It is designed to be played in one session during an evening or afternoon of gaming with friends or as an introduction to Shadow of the Demon Lord.
