The Bole of Evil

The mad druid¸ Lysius Suileabhain¸ has corrupted an area of the Emberglow Wood. In the past several months and in a fit of love and rage¸ Suileabhain stole the faerie heart of a forest dryad and placed it within the bole of a large and now corrupted elder tree. The players must venture into the Emberglow Wood and down the bole of the ancient and defiled elder tree and free the area from his taint. Their research has led them to an iron bowl that is proof against faerie magic that is housed at the local Church of the New God. The priests fear the forest and unearthly creatures it houses but will send the bowl with the group to eradicate the pestilential druid and put an end to his foul corruption.
