The Pythian Congress



Philadelphia has a lot of Scions. The Pythian Congress is the group that keeps them from stepping on each others' toes and coordinates their activities. The Pythian Congress is a collection of 10 characters that will let you start your own Pythian Congress in a game based in Philadelphia and the Gods ¸ or anywhere else there where Scions gather in great numbers. Note : One character is a Scion of Liber. Basic notes on Liber are included¸ but more detailed information is available in The Republican Pantheon.
