Appearances¸ however¸ are not always what they seem. Rumors are spreading of corruption¸ bribery¸ even employing local gangs to keep the area clean around Donovan's newest project¸ The Bishopric. The building is to be almost self-sustaining¸ with living space for hundreds of people¸ shopping¸ entertainment¸ and restaraunt choices.
