In a far flung galaxy filled with magic and incredible technology¸ influencers and clout reigns supreme. Holo-Net streamers do whatever it takes to bring in viewers while broadcasting their adventures for all to see. The mundane is surreal and the fantastic is bland as the tastes of the people flicker from streamer to streamer¸ subject to subject.
StarStreamers: Cryo-Waken is a One Sheet adventure by BPB Games¸ the creators of Savage Tokusatsu. This Pay-What-You-Want adventure puts players into the shoes of individuals who have been in cryostasis for so long that their contract was bought out by an unethical entertainment company. They awaken on a carefully constructed soundstage that looks like a very real derelict spaceship. Prowling the ship is a deadly monster that wants nothing more than to destroy them.
However¸ unbeknownst to the players¸ the entire adventure is being broadcast to eager viewers who are evaluating their performance for entertainment. They aren't actually in any real danger. Each attempt they make to escape from the monster and the wrecked ship earns them points which are applied to the prize they might win if they beat the game they don't even know they're playing!
