Long ago¸
History does not record if this castle was ever the castle of the Fallen Ones¸ or simple a castle. But upon one main principle the whispered histories agree - it was here that the knights of the Fallen Ones made their last stand against the ravenous hordes of the Wolf in the Sky. It was here that¸ apparently¸ the Wolf himself was seen in battle. It was here¸ it is hoped¸ that the greatest weapons ever forged to slay the 'sky demon' may yet still remain.
One record is of particular hope¸ a knight known as Sir Green stood against the Wolf in the Sky for ten years¸ falling only when the castle finally fell¸ and with it all hope of freedom. It is said his sword would burn with holy green fire¸ which would scare and wound the wolves terribly. If you could only find this¸ or any such sword¸ it would be a great boon to your quest.
