Located on a crazy parallel Earth¸ lies the warped and surreal city of Humorville¸ Vahallafornia¸ known for the world's worst baseball team and the planet's greatest police force. Lead by a three foot tall¸ tough talking cop named Jordan S. Jordash¸ a hot tempered Police Chief named Harry Brickballs and an eccentric group of off the wall public servants. They work hard to enforce the laws that keep their city¸ the beautiful love abiding sanctuary that it could be¸ but only in their dreams.
