Vendetta
Elves have human generations to perfect their craft¸ and Arastin's chosen profession is death. An expert assassin¸ he's orchestrated the demise of hundreds¸ but the years of constant vigilance have worn on him. It's time to give up the trade but he's approached for one last job: assassinate a member of the Iceskull League. A vile group lead by white dragons¸ the League has plagued Crown on numerous occasions¸ and more importantly -- ages ago they drove the elves from their ancestral lands and destroyed their way of life.
The hook is baited¸ there's no one better suited it's a matter of revenge. But the job is a sham¸ Arastin finds himself an unwilling pawn in a complex plot that threatens all of Crown¸ and he hates being had. The fate of the city rests on this unlikely hero's shoulders.
About the Author
Nathan is a hobbyist writer-errant currently residing in Georgia. He's enjoyed writing ever since high school¸ but he followed the path of the dollar and got his degree in engineering. Since then he's been writing on and off¸ but just for fun. He's only recently since 2006 considered writing professionally. He pays the bills through his engineering day job¸ so he spends a lot of time editing his work before he submits it.
He prefers writing sci fantasy¸ pulp¸ and hardboiled detective stories¸ and regularly tries to blend all his favorite genres.
