YOU ARE A MYTHOLOGUE
You are an idea given flesh; a story that tells itself; a living¸ breathing memetic mind virus. Stray thoughts were shared among people¸ sometimes to explain natural phenomena¸ sometimes to claim authority¸ sometimes simply to entertain¸ and became a culture. As the culture grew¸ the thoughts crystalized into a recognizable form agreed upon by many¸ and from this you were born. You exist because people recognize your existence.
Of course¸ that also means you stop existing when you are forgotten.
Fight for relevance in a world crowded with mythologues. Leave a lasting mark on the hearts and minds of humanity. Scream into the void and make it take notice of you. Will you triumph and influence ideas until the end of time¸ or will you end up like so many other abandoned concepts never to be spoken of again?
Mythologue is a GM-less narrative-focused game about concepts trying to have an impact on the world. The mythologue grid allows you to easily play as gods¸ memes¸ or other ideas and be changed by the story as you help tell it.
