A crazy scientist named Dr. Weisskopf has grown microorganisms 1¸000¸000 times their size to become monsters in order to take over the city of Garlington¸ Ohio after his ideas were shot down. After an amusement park called "Dog Land" was closed due to the germ monster takeover¸ 3 kids named Max¸ Tara¸ and Walter all set out to eliminate the germ monsters themselves with the use of squirt guns and water balloons filled with household cleaners.
