Using a unique and easily-learned d100 system¸ characters' skills and attributes show what they can do and how well¸ respectively. Detailed rules support realistic combat¸ but also provide non-violent approaches.

The game setting details an entire futuristic galaxy with many alien species¸ high technology and more than two hundred planets. The rules cover every facet of that universe¸ with an emphasis on realism and playability. Computer hackers¸ mech pilots¸ starship captains and the mystical savants are all options for players.
