This is for gamers who long for combat that's short¸ brutal¸ and fun. Don't let battles drag on and on... decisive lethality shall win the day!
While I intended Obsidian Escalation to go hand-in-hand with Crimson Dragon Slayer D20 and the upcoming Encounter Critical III roleplaying game¸ it's useable with pretty much every OSR combat system. Goes great with savage¸ unforgiving campaign settings like Cha'alt¸ as well.
