There is so much murdering monster magic in this thing that it is brimming with life. I can smell the musk from Fenris¸ feel the hatred rolling off of the trolls¸ and the manipulative energies stemming from the nokken. ‐ Comics¸ clerics & controllers Monsters of the Old World is a great addition to a DM's bestiary¸ especially if your campaign uses medieval European motifs or themes. ‐ Comicbook.com What didn't I like about this? I don't think I didn't like anything! I really love the entire supplement¸ I really thought it's a great collection of monsters¸ really unique! ‐ DM Dango Everything has come from somewhere or inspired from something from some other culture¸ history or country. They've done that here¸ they paid respect¸ they've done it very very well. So¸ in that regard¸ I have to give this a perfect 5 out of 5 on content. ‐ All Things Lich Inside you will find: More than 50 stat-blocks describing creatures between CR 0 and 30 The lore and description of creatures including suggestions about how to use them in your game Drawings of each creature¸ including a lot of original art Tables sorting the creatures according to CR¸ terrain and type A pronunciation table for the creatures's names.
