Modern Mayhem is the first full-length adventure for Modern20 and a complete guide to running campaigns involving criminal player characters.
"On the adventure side¸ Modern Mayhem provides a flexible adventure that will take PCs from 1st to 10th level. The adventure is flexible and actually modifies itself to the way the PCs play the game. If your PCs are quiet¸ stealthy criminals¸ they can get through the campaign with little conflict. If having shootouts with the cops are what they're into¸ the adventure will become more violent as the PCs play.
"Better still¸ the campaign features three different endings¸ again based on how the PCs have conducted themselves through the course of the adventure.
"On the sourcebook side¸ Modern Mayhem features new occupations¸ perks and entirely new mechanics¸ such as the Heat Meter¸ to track the progress of player characters living on the wrong side of the law.
