This is an introductory adventure to Ben Milton's Knave 1e.
Four of the realm's most famous knights live together in Blackmere Castle¸ a small fortress established to guard the north border of Barony of Brunswick. Sir Aldric the Bold¸ Dame Alice the Blessed¸ Sir Alberg the Clever¸ and Dame Astrid the Mysterious are the greatest knights in the realm. However¸ over the past month¸ their servants and retainers have fled the castle. Reports have come to the Baron that shadows and darkness have conquered the castle. He has put out a 500 coin reward for anyone willing to investigate. That's you!
