A new Game Scenario for Iron Cross Wargame!
Dunkirk¸ France¸ June 1940: T he German Army halted their advance on Dunkirk and place your forces around the region. The the german forces in Dunkirk pocket¸ should cease their advance into the harbor and consolidate to prevent an Allied escape. The morning of 1 June was bright¸ in contrast to the bad weather that had hampered air operations on 30 and 31 May. Churchill had promised the French that the British would cover their escape¸ on the ground it was the French who held the line while the last remaining British soldiers were evacuated. They were on the beaches waiting to go home.
