I am the Blue Mage is a game by Lilith Briar & Daniel Kong where mages compete to find the most powerful concept in the universe. Think "the little stone miner who wanted to be the sun¸ then the cloud¸ etc. then the mountain¸ and back to stone miner. (conservative mythology or clever kid's tale?)
I am the Witch is a hack of this game¸ only less abstract¸ more in the flesh. You RP the whole reunion of witches gossiping and wishing and competing for the Crown.
The heart of the game is formal duels¸ which you can paint as the Madame Mim vs Merlin anthology scene¸ Sun Wu Kong encounters or Magic:The Gathering if that's your fancy.
And that's it.
