In 1930 Salem is rocked by a series of brutal murders of women. The victims are found mutilated¸ with their lacteal glands¸ wombs and ovaries removed. When inspector David Wright's wife goes missing and he is suspended for interfering with the investigation¸ he turns to an old friend for help¸ a private detective. But the deeper the investigators dig into this morbid case¸ the more they begin to realize that larger and more sinister forces than simple human sin are at work here¸ forces they can only begin to comprehend...

This is a scenario for 2-4 player characters in Trail of Cthulhu.
