The rules¸ adventures¸ and lone supplement of the Ghostbusters International rules are easily distinguished from the previous version of the game by the Ghostbuster II logo on the front of them.
This box added some structure to the rules. (Not necessarily a bad idea¸ but the world really didn't need another 'universal table' game.) You do not need the original Ghostbusters RPG rules to use this box -- everything important is reprinted in the new rules. The box contains two rulebooks (a 144-page Ghostbusters Handbook and a 16-page¸ coverless Bride of/Son of Ghostbusters International¸ and six more dice.
