Xanathar's Lorebook of Heroes & Villains The Forgotten Realms are home to many famous heroes and villains. However¸ this book isn't about them. Instead¸ it is about the obscure and the unimportant¸ those who may have once occupied a spot in the limelight¸ but who have since been discarded and forgotten. It describes 26 inhabitants of the Realms¸ including: Baeloth Barrityl¸ Cassana Prakis¸ Gamalon Idogyr¸ Nerys Kathon¸ and Xhalth Dlardrageth. As well as providing information on various inhabitants of the Realms¸ this lorebook also details four new magic items: the Astrolabe of Nimbral ¸ the Gatekeeper's Crystal ¸ the Starfire Sceptre ¸ and the Tome of the Dragon ; and four new NPC classes: the high bard¸ the paladin¸ the sorcerer¸ and the warlock of the hexblade.
