This adventure is designed for a party of 7th to 8th level characters. It is set in the Forgotten Realms. A repurposed asylum beneath the streets of Waterdeep serves as home to a nefarious wizard with sinister plans for an unsuspecting populace. This is the sixth adventure in the Seldom Spring series. It can be played independently or as part of that series. Update (Jan21): This is a cosmetic update to improve presentation. Map file included (png).
