Divine Blessings is a series that aims to provide knowledge about the gods and items they might leave behind. Providing a story of the gods¸ their journies¸ trials¸ and where they stand now. Throughout their lives they have provided blessings in the forms of weapons¸ armors¸ and various trinkets.
Taking inspiration from their stories¸ we create items that feel like a part of the deity. Whether they be relics found or an artifact bestown to a champion.
Auril is the deity of cold and winter. Her origins date back to the Feywild¸ where she was with her sister Titania¸ but as a Fey known as Aurilandür.
Corrupted by the Queen of Air and Darkness¸ the two became one known as Auril. This merger created a being to be feared and worshipped since winter is always coming.
For those who follow the teachings of Auril¸ they are often granted boons to deal with the harsh winters. Items that make traversal of icy or snowy terrain easier¸ or resisting the battering cold. She provides items that allow their wielders to harness the cold against their enemies.
Some new spells are also provided for spellcasters or weilders of her items to take advantage of.
