Feathers and Thread is a two-player Caltrop Core game about choices and loss. Your characters have a trial to face.
What will they lose in order to succeed?
About the game
Inspired by the various Japanese folk tales of The Crane Wife and The Decemberists album of the same name¸
this game is a conversation between two players and their characters as they experience a difficult situation.
Players will build characters with unique traits¸ decide what kind of situation they're facing¸ then use their traits to try
to endure the hardships that follow. Each must be careful what they give of themselves to the effort¸ though¸ lest it be
lost like feathers on the wind.
What's needed
A handful of d4s A tarot deck with the Major Arcana separated or a set of standard playing cards with the Jokers included. Scrap paper to write on and tear up
