Supervillains are an enigmatic bunch by nature - but the Tarot Gang are one step beyond the usual costumed thugs in this regard.
As many spandex-clad criminals do¸ they wear costumes that fully conceal their appearance. However¸ while most villains are a chatty and dramatic bunch - prone to monologing¸ the Tarot Gang rarely speak during their heists¸ even to each other. Little is known of their agenda¸ background¸ or origin of their powers. Many believe their powers are supernatural in nature¸ but there is no proof one way or the other.
What is known is that they are a new and dangerous threat to the peace loving citizens of the city and they must be stopped now. Are your heroes up to the task?
