Based on a true story!
On Christmas Eve¸ 2022¸ my family and I woke up to 3 degree weather and a dead furnace. We scrambled to find a hotel¸ find a place for our cats to stay¸ and do what we could to our faucets and water lines¸ hoping they wouldn't freeze. On Christmas Day we made plans to take the food for Christmas dinner to my daughter's apartment. We went to the hotel parking lot only to find a flat tire and had to wait 2 hours before it could be fixed. Went to the house to get the food and everything was frozen solid. We grabbed the presents and went to her apartment to exchange gifts and order Chinese. Christmas 2022 will forever be known in our household as the most expensive Christmas ever. The year we gifted ourselves a new furnace and plumbing!

One night in the hotel room¸ I took the notepad and pen that's in every room of a chain hotel and decided to write a one page rpg on the notepad sized page. I hacked my own Everything's Fine system into what you have before you.
It's a very rules lite game that emphasizes role playing over tables and charts. It uses a single d6. It can be used with any genre or setting. If you do use it please contact me through my publisher page and let me know how it went.
