Vespanus of Roe¸ Succeeder of Ambius the Usurper of 13 years¸ Protostrator of Abrizonde and the last Lord of the Cleft¸ Planar Architect of Many Realms; is a planeshifting merchant that Aeons ago left the Dying Earth with his preferred Artefacts and Grimoires and became a planes traveling merchant. In this document you will find a Legendary Merchant that functions according to Walrock's Traders and Merchants. You will also find his entourage compete with plot hooks and role playing tips. As a Legendary Merchant Vespanus carries many high end unique magical items¸ all of which have full descriptions and mechanics! But wait¸ theres more! =] As a Planar Architect Vespanus and his Madling¸ Hegadil can build you various buildings and rooms¸ with unique amenities¸ and these operate on Walrocks's Fortresses¸ Temples¸ & Strongholds. You will find several Tomes of Knowing (spellbooks) that contain many unique spells¸ mostly based on Dying Earth spells¸ and even Vespanus preferred smoking herb¸ Flume¸ with charts detailing its intoxication effects! Also included are many items¸ including the Flask of Person and the Nymphic Icons (Figurines of Wondrous Power). Contained is a full long form process of spirit sumonning and contracting¸ which can be used as a form of magic¸ or for becoming a warlock by creating a pact. Part of the pact making process relies on the brilliant Social Combat by Caleb Wichman. As an auxilary to this¸ one of the Tomes of Knowing you will find is Shrue's Onomasticon which teaches the Binding of Names of entities¸ a second part which teaches Secret Names of some powerful entities¸ and how to use these Names to summon underlings and create effects¸ and finally the third part which teaches you the True Names of some entities like Gra'azt and Fierna! Stat blocks and roleplaying tips are included! Aberran¸ our personal homebrew extension of Eberron is mentioned within the document¸ but the document in no way relies on Aberran.
