This is a form fillable PDF character sheet for Ultramodern 5¸ it's basically the original file with the following changes. -Fixed "Weapons boxes". Original used to automatically fill ALL weapon boxes with whatever you typed in the first box -Added check box for Skills if proficient -Added check box for saving throws if proficient -Added "x" box for death saves/fails Nothing in this form auto calculates which allows you to make your own mistakes but also prevents any bad bug in the code from breaking the whole thing.
