An evil Faye¸ known as a Redcap¸ has inhabited a manor in the neighborhood called " Bedford Place " by locals. The ruined and abandoned manor is often used by children as a hangout¸ and by homeless as shelter on cold and stormy nights. The Redcap's occupancy of Bedford Place is a strange story¸ and it all started with an unfortunate and accidental death. The Redcap's existence is a threat to the entire neighborhood¸ and it's up to the PCs to learn what's happening and stop it. The gods know the Griffins don't have the time or desire to deal with it.
