THE AESTHETICS GUIDE TO ANSALON is a series of books compiled over two years of research into the epic series of Dragonlance novels plus Dragonlance modules from across systems and editions¸ ranging from the earliest AD&D material to the 3.5 updates.
These guides update all of the old material¸ collecting information from across sources to create the most complete collection of information possible on everything already established about the continent of Ansalon - all updated for Dungeons and Dragons 5e!
Of all the stories of Krynn and Ansalon¸ the War of the Lance is one of the best known as it was the building block on which nearly 200 novels were written¸ not including adventure modules.
This guide presents the story of Winter Night updated for 5e¸ retelling the story of the Companions as they divide into two groups - one taking on the challenge of the south and west coasts culminating in the Battle of the Reaper¸ while the other travels to Silvanesti and the BVlood Sea in the east!
Winter updates the full story from the old modules¸ taking information from those adventrures and blending them with updated information from the novels to retell the full story from the cit of Tarsis through to the Battle of the Reaper.
