The Disc System
![]() |
Don't want to carry your gorgeous dice around with you in case you lose them? Don't want to lug RPG books around just in case your friends want to play a game? Want something quick and easy that can played while you wait for pizza to arrive or are on the go? Or do you just want something simpler as a break from the crunch of more complex systems?
This system is a combination and alteration of two of my favourite minimilist Ttrpg's¸ Lasers and Feelings and Roll for Shoes¸ in a attempt to create the perfect Micro-Rpg. No dice needed¸ only a few of these Discs¸ some good company¸ and a good story. With only a single number unique to your character to keep track of¸ this system can be played by anyone¸ those children you're eager to get into the hobby early¸ or those adults too intimidated to read all those sourcebooks. Anyone can learn to play this within a minute.
All you need to do is print out this one sheet¸ glue it¸ cut out the Discs¸ throw a few into your pocket¸ and you can Role Play anywhere. And if you lose them¸ no worries. Just print out more.
Game on¸ friends.
