This book looks much like one of the Dime Novels¸ but this time¸ Deadlands players can fill in their own twisted tale of the Weird West. Inside this 64 page half-sized book is a 6 page deluxe character sheet¸ blank pages to write your own journal¸ and a small rules section telling the marshal how to reward players for keeping a journal of their adventures in the game. One side is a full-color Deadlands cover¸ and the flip-side looks like a genuine journal someone might keep in the Weird West.

This Dime Novel-sized book holds the greatest tales of the Weird West written by heroes on the front line of the war with the Reckoners. The authors? The players themselves! Each book comes with pages for players to record their posse's deeds¸ a deluxe character sheet¸ and rules for using these journals in your Deadlands: The Weird West campaign!
