Tampete is the strangest place you will ever visit. From its people-moving Grid and its Largo trailer hoods¸ to the domed 606 dreamland and the WWII-style wall on Bayshore Boulevard¸ to its strange ordinances for excavation¸ road-rage¸ and clowns...

"In downtown Tampa¸ a pyramid erupts from the earth which interferes with radio transmissions and stops electronics from working altogether. In Channelside¸ an aquarium breeds new species of Darklings used in secret experiments on the clientele. In Oldsmar¸ a resistance group fronts as a market and rail network to smuggle drugs¸ weapons¸ and DarkTek used to fight ET cells.

"And the Underbay covertly interconnects prisons¸ hospitals¸ and Underbay Mining operations with smuggling conduits and demonground tunnels for various dark purposes. There is literally never a dull moment in Tampete.
