The Lite version contains all of the rules needed for a player to create and play a superhero character. What is missing is about 314 pages of extras that are included in the full version of Comic Book Heroes - 2nd Edition.
If you are an experienced gamer and you don't need everything in one book¸ then the Lite version is for you. With it¸ you can create new superheroes or convert existing characters into super-powered heroes.
If you are new to OGL games¸ or you don't want to have to buy 6 books (modern¸ future¸ arcana¸ menace¸ weapons¸ and CBH2) then¸ buy the full version instead.
