COGS - the C ollaborative O ne-shot G enerala S ystem - COGS is a rules-light generic RPG for 2 or more people¸ focused on quick setups and simple rules. Characters are defined by "traits" decided by the players¸ character sheets simple enough to fit on index cards. Players roll poker dice hands to perform actions¸ and use their characters traits¸ items¸ and sheer focus to push their rolls further.
