This character playbook for the City of Mist RPG introduces Detective Arthur Strange¸ the old-fashioned problem solver who can speak to the dead.
Arthur spends his days absorbed in his work at the detective precinct. He's not the most organized or by-the-book cop. But his work puts him first on the scene of any paranormal crime. Reluctantly¸ Arthur uses the abilities of Osiris¸ King of the Dead¸ to talk to spirits and learn their secrets. After all¸ it's a lot easier to find a murderer when you can talk to the murdered.
