Some friends decided to hang out near an abandoned test sight. It would change their lives forever. An alien species¸ the Exotics¸ appeared¸ Their appearance irradiated the group of friends. Tim and Biff were taken up by the aliens¸ rebuilt¸ and now both have fantastic powers. But he lives in fear of the these aliens¸ and what he has become.
