Thunder in the Night



While traveling¸ the heroes are forced to take shelter from powerful thunderstorms¸ but they quickly find there's no shelter from the worse storms of greed¸ desperation¸ and violence. Asked by a young shooting victim to save his wife from the clutches of a murderous drifter¸ the pals endure pouring rain¸ lashing winds¸ and the threat of being shot to prevent the young woman's untimely demise. Meanwhile¸ the drifter is driven by a desire strong enough that he's willing to risk a date with the electric chair; what could it possibly be? Thunder in the Night is a short adventure for Midnight Boulevard: 2D6 Adventure in the World of Film Noir ¸ which uses the rules for the Traveller SRD¸ and is also usable with Cepheus Engine and the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game.
