The Vitrified Village



A fantastic alien ruin seemingly made of glass is the site of a fateful encounter on the planet Ashe. A local cult has taken over the ruins in order to worship the site's enigmatic builders and to initiate their expected Grand Communion - the joining of the adherents and the idols of their worship. But when the PCs are hired by the ruins' caretaker to investigate what the sect is actually doing¸ the heroes come face-to-face with the planet's past and its destiny. Either might spell the abrupt end of their adventures.
The Vitrified Village is a short science fiction adventure using the Cepheus Engine¸ Cepheus Deluxe¸ and the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game rules. Other 2D6 systems are easily adapted.
