This is an adventure for Cepheus Engine.
The travelers are approached by representatives of a powerful noble from the planet Eshosan in the Sonora sector. Eshosan is a member of the Wiveriom Consortium and produces luxury goods for sale across the sector. Baron Haruto Dubois wishes to speak with the travelers on a "private matter.”
He has a business proposition for the travelers. It seems that his daughter Sasha was kidnaped during a pirate raid on a yacht while on a pleasure cruise in the sector. Her ship was visiting exotic spatial anomalies when her ship was boarded by pirates from the Red Skull Pirate organization which has been terrorizing the shipping lanes recently. This group has been deemed responsible for many instances of piracy¸ kidnaping¸ murder and other criminal activity. Their organization seems to have many pirate ships and crews working in coordination with each other.
Baron Haruto Dubois has heard rumors that this organization has established a small city on the third moon of the Qatinxe system. That system's primary planet is a vacuum world which has had little interest except from a few mining companies. But the third moon appears to have a habitable atmosphere suitable for human life.
Baron Haruto Dubois wants is daughter back alive. But he wants much more than this. He seeks a punitive action against these scum who have kidnaped a member of his family. He would like the pirate town to burn. He asks that their ships be destroyed. He wants their members dead. And he wants them to feel the pain that his family has felt since the loss of his daughter Sasha.
