Polarity



Since the ruler of Daxolo died and his heir proved unfit to rule¸ the political situation has devolved into legions of strongmen fighting one another for the chance to rule¸ and looking for any edge that can help them. One of them has taken to gathering subjects - willing and otherwise - for an experiment designed to give him that edge. But one of his abductees draws the heroes into the situation¸ where they find themselves facing a perfect combination of ambition¸ madness¸ and violence¸ and which might prove too much for them to handle.
Polarity is a short adventure for 2D6 science fiction RPGs such as Cepheus Engine and the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game.
