The ninety-nine percent live under the thumb of those with power¸ influence¸ and wealth. Law enforcement and government have been almost entirely usurped by a dozen monstrous corporate entities. You are one of a handful of people who have been gifted with super-powers. And you live outside the law¸ in the shadows¸ underground. What will you do to wrest control of resources and wealth away from those who hold the keys to everything?
