Unfortunately¸ Blood of Heroes lays out the system (Mayfair's DC Heroes) poorly¸ plus tries to include art and sample heroes¸ neither of which are needed or wanted. All what Pulsar did was take an existing system and staple on a load of practically worthless stuff onto it.
